If you're new to Kambo, knowing what happens can help you feel calm and ready. Here's a gentle walk through the whole experience, from your first conversation to your aftercare.

Before Your Kambo Ceremony

Every ceremony begins long before the day itself. We'll have a conversation first — a free, no-pressure chat to talk through what's drawing you here, answer your questions, and go through a careful, confidential screening together.

Once we've confirmed Kambo is right for you, you'll receive simple guidance on how to prepare, including hydration and fasting beforehand. You'll know exactly what to expect, so nothing comes as a surprise.

Arriving On The Day

When you arrive, you'll be welcomed into a calm, supportive space. Take your time to settle in and get comfortable. We'll talk again before anything begins, so you feel grounded and ready there's never any rush. Bring loose, comfortable clothing, plenty of water, and anything that helps you feel at ease, like a blanket or a pillow.

During The Ceremony

The ceremony itself is explained clearly, step by step. Small points are made on the surface of the skin, and the secretion is gently applied. You'll be guided and supported throughout — I'll be with you the whole way. Everyone's experience is different and personal to them. The ceremony unfolds at a pace that feels right, and you're never left to manage anything alone.

Afterwards

When the ceremony comes to a close, there's time to rest, settle, and come back to yourself. You won't be sent on your way the moment it's over aftercare matters.

You'll receive simple aftercare guidance, and we'd always suggest giving yourself a quiet, gentle rest of the day. It's best to arrange not to drive immediately afterwards.

There's No Rush. Only Your Pace

Kambo isn't about forcing change or fixing everything at once. It's a traditional practice approached with patience and respect — a space to slow down, reconnect, and meet yourself honestly. However you arrive, you'll be guided gently, one step at a time.
