At Beyond Silence Healing, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our goal is to provide meaningful, transformative healing experiences. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund guidelines below.

Digital Services and Online Sessions

  • All session bookings (including energy healing, meditation, or coaching) are non-refundable once completed.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to receive a full refund or credit.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded.

Courses, Workshops, and Programs

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase (and before course access begins) are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once course materials have been accessed, refunds will not be issued.

Physical Products (if applicable)

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition for a full refund (excluding shipping).

  • Please contact us before returning any item for approval and return instructions.
