As the moon moves through its waxing phase, the light in the sky grows stronger each night as it approaches fullness. This part of the lunar cycle invites us to gently expand, integrate what we have been moving through, and reconnect with what truly matters.
This evening sound bath is an invitation to pause and allow the mind, body and spirit to settle into harmony.
